We’re now hiring a Maintenance – Technical Services Manager to join our team.


The Technical Services Manager assures all mechanical and electrical plant equipment is maintained and is in good operating condition to minimize downtime, optimize production, machine up-time, and facilitate smooth on-schedule quality production.

Masonite is now hiring a Maintenance – Technical Services Manager. You’ll implement preventative maintenance programs, meet maintenance cost and up-time goals, pre-qualify contractors and administer contracts for equipment installation and maintenance.


We’re looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field. You’ll need five years of experience managing in a manufacturing maintenance department with direct reports. A certification as a Six Sigma Lean Green Belt is desired. To be successful, you’ll need a mechanical aptitude.
