We are currently hiring Customer Technical Support Specialists. You’ll provide technical support via phone or email to external customers, lab personnel, and our Field Associates that will directly impact patient health and overall well-being. Alongside other internal groups, you’ll serve as vital player for problem escalation and resolving issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting.
To qualify, we ask that you have an Associate’s degree in Science along with previous customer service experience. Ideal candidates would have previous troubleshooting experience on electromechanical instrumentation, as well as previous experience in a medical technology call center or experience in a medical laboratory.
