We are seeking Customer Account Executives who will provide a full range of customer service for Comcast High Speed Internet customers.
In this role, you will offer advanced troubleshooting for PC’s, browsers, e-mail, personal webpages, connectivity, firewalls and router and hub problems.
This position requires excellent listening and analytical skills with the ability to obtain key information and resolve complex service problems with first call resolution.
Candidates for this position must be familiar with Mac and all Windows operating systems.
You must be proficient with Internet, e-mail, and advanced troubleshooting of software, hardware, TCP, IP, and FTP.
Experience with advanced computer troubleshooting techniques and installing software programs is a must.
Minimum high school diploma or GED is required. A certificate course in computer technology is preferred.
You must be able to work all shifts, including evenings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
