As a Customer Account Executive in our call center, you’ll interact with customers to promote our products and services based on the customer’s needs and interests, as well as business objectives.
This is a bilingual position and you must be fluent in both English and Spanish to qualify.
You’ll assist with a variety of customer inquiries and issues via telephone, e-mail, or face-to-face interaction, and identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
You’ll be expected to demonstrate consistent closing techniques and meet individual performance goals.
CAE’s must be service-oriented individuals who can articulate relevant information and directions in an organized and concise manner.
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a proven ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse angry or upset customers.
