The Great Plains Laboratory, Inc. (GPL) is the global leader in metabolic, environmental, and genetic testing for people with chronic illnesses and diseases. We offer a variety of clinical tests which help diagnose underlying conditions that are not routinely available through other laboratories. GPL currently has an opening for a full time Laboratory Scientist to join our team.


As a Laboratory Scientist, you will be responsible for developing laboratory testing, starting with urine peptide testing for small peptides in urine such as substance P, endorphins, casomorphin, gliadorphin, beta-amyloid and other testing.

In this role, some of your responsibilities would include coordinating the collection, distribution, and proper storage of data received from clinical research trials. Along with ensuring that trials stay aligned with clinical objectives, you will also work to comply with federal regulations. In addition, you may analyze data, create reports, and maintain databases of information.


If you’d like to be considered for this position, you’ll need to have a Bachelor’s Degree. You must also possess strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
