Overview


The Presbyterian Complete Care Home Program seeks a Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internist trained physician to join our team. This is a full-time position with our employed provider group, Presbyterian Medical Group.

Responsibilities


The Medical Provider leads and works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, case managers, skilled therapists, aides, and clerical staff to provide continuous care to patients.

What We’re Seeking

  • Must Be BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine
  • Patient-focused and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
  • Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico
