Our organization is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will train store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales training materials. You will deliver training sessions. You will review staff job results and learning needs with the store manager. You will develop and implement new product training. You will evaluate competition by visiting competing stores. You will purchase inventory by researching emerging products. You will maintain inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels. You will anticipate customer demand. And, you will attract customers by originating display ideas.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience and be proficient in management. To be successful, you must have excellent communication skills, stellar customer service skills, and you must be creative.
