Primary Responsibilities: Direct communications with exhibitors and attendees for all managed account events; Coordinate with exhibit decorator for booth set up and dismantling for conferences; Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, members and exhibitors; Plan, implement, manage and evaluate state association conferences; Online registration set-up, data-entry, invoicing, event confirmations using Aptify database; Plan and execute major aspects of meeting management to include assistance in developing educational program, building registration process, and providing on-site management for state association meetings; Manage meeting vendors for delivery of services to include food and beverage, production, entertainment, transportation, housing and security.

We are now hiring a Meeting Planning rock star to handle conference logistics. In this role, you’ll be responsible for meeting logistics, registration processes, speaker and exhibitor coordination, recertification process, budget management, on-site logistics and post meeting close out. You’ll direct communications with exhibitors and attendees.
To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter, highly organized, friendly and outgoing, take initiative, flexible, hardworking, and show great attention to detail.
