Overview


Central New Jersey

Objectives:

To oversee the operational and administrative property management functions as specified in the management contract in order to assure an efficient smooth-running property. Preserve the general well-being of the overall community and individual homeowners. We are looking for an on-site and portfolio manager.

Reports to:

EPM’s appointed Supervisor. Community Manager has dotted line reporting relationship to Board of Directors, but is ultimately accountable to EPM.

Qualifications:

  • Effectively communicate orally and in writing with Board Members, owners, tenants and contractors.
  • Maintain a positive and cordial businesslike relationship with owners and tenants.
  • Able to inspect property for maintenance and repair needs, as well as rules violations.
  • Oversee contractors working on the property.
  • Work independently without supervision, as necessary.
  • Work cooperatively with other EPM employees.
  • Sound computer skills with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Perform basic administrative functions for community association.
  • CMCA, AMS and/or PCAM designation through Community Associations Institute (CAI) is preferred.
