QUALIFICATIONS: Required Training and Experience: Associate's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with certification/licensure in one or more of assigned program areas. At least three (3) years of relevant experience in the one of more of assigned program areas. Preferred Experience: Teaching experience at a community college. Experience using a learning management system to teach hybrid and distance education courses. Experience in delivering customized training courses to business and industry. Program Director, Health Services provides accessible, quality learning experiences within the classroom, laboratory, clinical, and/or distance learning settings; facilitates the learning process to help students be successful in assigned program areas; provides accurate, quality academic and career advisement for students; seeks professional development opportunities to implement best practices in teaching within designated program areas.
