QUALIFICATIONS: Required Training and Experience: Associate degree in Biopharmaceutical Technology from a regionally accredited college or university, or a related field from a regionally accredited college. At least three years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical sciences industry. Preferred Experience: Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or a Master degree in either Biology or Chemistry from a regionally accredited college or university. Teaching experience at a community college. Experience using a learning management system to teach hybrid and distance education courses. Experience in delivering customized training courses to business and industry. Program Director, Biopharmaceutical Technology provides accessible, quality learning experiences within the classroom, laboratory, and/or distance learning settings; facilitates the learning process to help students be successful; provides accurate, quality academic and career advisement for students.
