Rotoplas is searching for a National Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for Business 2 Business opening and managing major national accounts. You will hire, train and manage a sales team. You will support and measure a high performance sales team. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans.

To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's Degree. An MBA is a plus. You must have over 12 years of sales and leadership experience in agribusiness and/or industrial water solutions. This role requires advanced knowledge of products, so the National Sales Manager will need to be a quick study who can rapidly adapt to Rotoplas’ culture and gain the confidence of the Rotoplas organization.
